Working Principle of Plate Chain Bucket Elevator
The plate chain bucket elevator is mainly composed of the head, the casing, the base, the driving device, the traction chain, and the hopper. During operation, the materials enter the bottom shell through the feed port and are lifted upwards by the high-speed rotating sprocket. The bucket structure extracts the materials one by one and lifts them to the head of the machine. At the top, the materials are discharged by gravity or centrifugal force.
