The AGICO 200 ton silo is suitable for multiple projects. It can be used in cement production lines and also in concrete mixing stations for storing raw materials for concrete. The cement silo plays a very crucial role in cement storage.
maintenance platform
A maintenance platform is set up between the legs of the 200 ton silo. It is equipped with a cement filling pipe, inner and outer manholes, safety guards, roof flanges for the air filter and pressure safety valve, a roof gate for the inner manhole, and a cone flange for the butterfly valve.

The AGICO 200 ton silo is coated with one layer of anti-corrosion paint and two layers of topcoat, with a total paint thickness of 140 microns. All static loads and mechanical calculations of the AGICO 200 ton silo are completed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software. - Diameter: Usually between 6 and 12 meters (20 to 40 feet).
- Height: Approximately 15 to 30 meters (50 to 100 feet).
- Volume: The volume would be affected by the density and type of grains, but generally, a 200-ton grain silo has a volume of about 250 to 300 cubic meters.
- Cement Silo
If the storage material is cement, the approximate dimensions would be:
