High sealing

Moisture-proof design. The AGICO steel plate adopts the spiral beveling process, forming a continuous sealing strip. Its airtight performance is superior to that of welding. An automatic ventilation and dehumidification device is installed inside to ensure that the lime does not clog up during long-term storage.

Rapid Discharge

The bottom of the AGICO steel silo is equipped with a structure that prevents arching and enables fluidized discharge. A combination of a conical bottom and a fluidization device is adopted, ensuring stable flow for both raw lime powder and calcined lime powder.

Intelligent Control

AGICO employs professional intelligent automatic control. Unlike ordinary intelligent systems, AGICO uses a PLC + HMI system to automatically monitor the material level, temperature and humidity. It can be connected to the cloud system to enable remote monitoring and alarm functions.

Long service life

Low maintenance cost. The AGICO steel silo body is designed to have a service life of over 25 years, saving you maintenance expenses. The modular structure is convenient for disassembly, assembly and maintenance, and the surface anti-corrosion galvanized layer thickness is ≥ 275g/m².

Quick Installation

Lime silo

Transportation System

AGICO employs three types of transportation methods: belt conveyor, screw conveyor, and pneumatic conveying system. It can be customized according to customer requirements. The AGICO transportation system features a fully enclosed design, no dust spillage, and remote control capability.

Discharge System

The conical bottom of the AGICO lime silo is equipped with a bridge prevention device and an air-breaking arching system, ensuring smooth discharge without arching. It can also be connected to packaging machines, pneumatic conveying systems or bulk tank trucks. This guarantees a worry-free process for your project.

Dust Removal System

The top of the AGICO steel silo and the discharge port have a dual dust removal function. The dust emission concentration is less than 30mg/m³, which meets the environmental protection standards. It can also protect the operating environment and safeguard the physical safety of the operators.

Automatic Control System

AGICO’s intelligent control system can automatically detect the height, temperature and humidity of the materials, and can remotely monitor the operating status. In case of an emergency, it can provide alarms and safety interlock protection. This can maximize the safety of your project.
