Notes for alumina silo

When keeping alumina powder, there are some important things as follows:

First, compared with other storage materials, alumina powder has better flow, so the round force on the bottom of the steel silo is bigger, and the strength of the steel plate needs to be higher. AGICO uses thick steel plates, which are very good for keeping alumina powder.
During the moving and keeping of alumina, to avoid the split of alumina hurting the electrolytic cell, a top distribution device needs to be used on the top of the alumina silo to minimize the split effect caused by the natural piling of alumina. AGICO has a top distribution device, which can stop this problem.
Before being used for melting, the alumina powder must be kept in the storage silo, and the place of the silo needs to be watched to make sure that the work stays in the best state. AGICO has an automatic watch device that can monitor the state at any time.
When alumina is kept for a long time, some alumina will stay at the bottom of the silo, causing a tight block and becoming stuck.
