A cement silo is an industrial storage container used to store bulk powdered materials, such as cement, fly ash, and mineral powder. It is made of high-strength steel plates that are either welded or spiral rolled to form, featuring a large capacity, good sealing, and fast installation. AGICO provides standard and non-standard customized silos ranging from 50 tons to 10,000 tons, suitable for different project capacity requirements and construction site conditions.

High-strength structural steel

AGICO steel silo uses Q235 or Q345 high-strength structural steel. All silo bodies are CNC cut and automatically formed to ensure uniform thickness of the cylinder wall, excellent strength, and the ability to withstand high wind pressure, high temperature difference, and long-term vibration environment tests.

Intelligent Control and Environmental Dust Removal

Equipped with an efficient pulse bag dust removal system, material level monitoring, pressure safety valve, and intelligent PLC control unit, ensuring safe material flow and real-time control of warehouse status, in compliance with international environmental and safety standards.

Flexible modular assembly design

According to the transportation restrictions and construction conditions of the project location, AGICO provides two structural solutions: bolted silo or spiral silo, which support fast transportation and on-site installation without the need for heavy lifting equipment, shortening the construction period by 30% -50%.

Diversified discharge system

Supporting various bottom structures and discharge methods such as vibration cone, pneumatic conveying, scraper discharge, and spiral conveying, it can flexibly adapt to different process flows such as concrete mixing plants, cement packaging workshops, and dry mixed mortar lines.

Excellent sealing performance

Adopting a fully sealed welding or spiral seam biting structure, combined with the anti-seepage treatment technology of the top sealing cover plate and the discharge cone bottom, it achieves over 99% leakage and dust prevention effect, suitable for long-term storage of ultrafine powder materials such as cement, fly ash, and mineral powder.

Long service life of over 25 years

Excellent anti-corrosion performance, multiple protective designs such as a hot-dip galvanized layer ≥ 275g/㎡, epoxy resin coating, and stainless steel edge sealing can be selected according to the project environment. Under standard maintenance, the equipment can operate stably for more than 25 years.
