Structure of galvanized steel silos
Galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating on steel to prevent rusting. The thicker the coating, the longer the lifespan of the steel. AGICO uses different zinc coating layers: Z-275, Z-375, Z-450, and Z-600. The AGICO galvanized steel silo adopts a modular assembly structure. The silo body consists of the silo top, silo wall, silo bottom, foundation, and accessory system, featuring the following technical highlights.

- It adopts a galvanized arched roof structure, which has good load-bearing capacity and can be equipped with dust collectors, safety railings, and feeding ports etc.
Silo panel
- It is made of high-strength galvanized steel sheet rolled, with a surface wave design to enhance compressive and wind resistance strength.
Silo structure
- It can be selected as a conical bottom or a flat bottom, and is equipped with a break-in air cushion or an air inclined chute to ensure smooth material discharge.
Temperature control and material level monitoring system
