Structure of limestone silo

Main body of the silo
It adopts a spiral lock seam steel plate structure, which is of high strength and good sealing performance.

Discharging system
A gasification device, arch-breaking device, or air slide conveyor is set at the bottom to ensure smooth discharge of materials.

Measurement and control system
Level gauges, pressure sensors, and temperature and humidity monitors are used to monitor the status inside the silo in real time.

Dust removal system
A bag filter or pulse dust removal system is installed on the top of the silo to prevent dust from escaping.

Safety system
It includes explosion-proof valves, arch breakers, safety ladders, and maintenance platforms.

Sealing

The sealing grade can reach a 0.1mm air-tightness standard, ensuring excellent moisture-proof performance in high-humidity or coastal areas. Double-layer sealing gaskets and waterproof tapes are added at key positions, such as the top and bottom of the silo and inspection ports, to prevent the intrusion of external moisture and rainwater effectively.
